Step 1: Log in to your Maisha Meds account on the webapp.
Step 2: Navigate to the settings feature in your account dashboard.
Step 3: Click on "Manage Facility" to access the list of users affiliated with your facility.
Step 4: Identify the account for which you want to customize roles and permissions and click on the "Edit" button next to it.
Step 5: On the "Update Role" screen, you will see the username and current role of the account.
Step 6: Select the feature you want to change permissions for, for example, the sales feature.
Step 7: In the permissions dialogue box, review the default permissions that come with the account and the custom permissions that can be granted.
Step 8: To customize permissions, toggle the icons to either enable or disable specific permissions such as enabling W sell, managing discount limits, or submitting zero prices.
Step 9: Once you are satisfied with the changes, click on the "Save" button to update the permissions.
Step 10: A pop-up notification will confirm that the permissions have been successfully updated.
Step 11: The affected user will experience the changes upon their next login. They can confirm the changes by checking the settings feature in their account.
Step 12: Note that some permissions may require the user to manually enable them in the settings feature, while others will be automatically enabled.
