Tutorial: How to Access and Navigate Maisha Meds Web Dashboard Report

1. Accessing Web Dashboard Reports:

   • You can access Maisha Meds web dashboard reports in two ways:
     • Through the app: Tap on the reports feature to redirect you to the web dashboard.
     • Through the browser: Search for dashboard.maishameds.org, insert your account details, and login.

2. Navigating the Web Dashboard:

   • Upon logging in, you may receive notifications on near expiring items. You can view or export a CSV file for later analysis.
   • On the top right, you will find the notification Bell for important stock alerts.
   • Use the date filter to set the period of the report (e.g., today, this week, last 7 days, etc.). Remember to refresh the page when needed.

3. Overview Report Section:

   • This section provides crucial information about your facility.
   • Tabs display overview parameters like gross sales, gross profit, net sales, discounts, and patients served.
   • Choose to view data as lines or bars and group it into daily, weekly, or monthly.
   • Export parameters by clicking the export button.

4. Sales Parameter Section:

   • This section is divided into three parts: sales by product, sales by category, and sales by user.
   • Top five most sold products and categories are displayed based on net sales.
   • Sales by user report shows sales by each user along with total sales and attendance.

5. Aggregated Sales and Inventory Section:

   • Aggregated sales provide a summary per product in a customizable table.
   • The inventory report displays total inventory, cost, sales value, items low in stock, out of stock, and expired items.

6. Invoices and Profit/Loss Section:

   • The invoices report details invoices received from suppliers, including quantities, values, and costs.
   • The profit and loss statement shows revenue, costs, expenses, gross margin, and net profit after tax.

7. Understanding Technologies Used:

   • Visit the help section for frequently asked questions and how-to guides on each page.
   • Click the plus icon to expand and familiarize yourself with the terminologies used.
