Step-by-Step Tutorial: Managing Facility Settings in Maisha Meds App

1. Accessing Facility Settings:

   • Tap on the "Settings" option on the POS home screen.
   • Navigate to the top of the screen to find the "Facility Settings" section.

2. Manage Facility Information:

   • Click on "Manage Facility" to update your facility details and manage users.
   • Update the facility name, physical address (Province/County, City, Country), or use GPS to automatically enter the address.

3. Managing Users:

   • Within the "Manage Facility" section, you can add or remove users associated with the account.

4. Patient Tracking Setting:

   • Enable patient tracking to associate sales with a specific patient.
   • When disabled, sales won't be linked to a patient, and selecting a patient for each sale won't be necessary.

5. Showing Prices Option:

   • Enable or disable the option to show prices throughout the app.
   • Enabling this setting allows you to view the prices of all items in the facility.

6. Enabling Credits:

   • Toggle this setting to enable or disable credits as a payment option during sales transactions.

7. Zero Prices Setting:

   • Enable this setting to have items with prices set to zero in your facility.
   • Disabling this setting requires all items in the facility to have prices greater than zero.

8. Wholesale Settings:

   • Enable wholesale settings to make sales at retail or wholesale prices.
   • Disabling this setting allows selling items only at retail prices.

9. Discount Limits:

   • Set a specific percentage to limit the discounts given for items sold.
   • Choose from preset discount percentages or set a custom limit.
   • Ensure that the discount given doesn't exceed the set limit.

10. No Discount Limits Option:

    • You can also choose to set no discount limits, allowing items to be sold at a discount of up to 100%.

11. Bluetooth Receipt Printing Setting:

    • Enable this setting to print receipts using a Bluetooth printer.

12. Finalizing Facility Settings:

    • Review and adjust the various settings based on your facility's requirements.
    • Save any changes made to ensure the settings are updated for future transactions.
