When Guidde may fit better
Guidde supports both video and written documentation. Keep it on your shortlist if narrated video production, branding or its delivery tools are central to the project. Stepify does not replace that video editor.
Where Stepify fits
Use existing recordings
Evaluate a walkthrough your team already owns before asking an expert to demonstrate the process again.
Review the instructions
Correct generated steps, add warnings and verification checks, and inspect source context before publishing.
Track the learning workflow
Combine published guides with quizzes and sign-offs, and review team completion.
Common questions
Does Guidde already create written documentation?
Yes. Guidde documents a separate editor for written step-by-step instructions. Evaluate it before switching solely to get text alongside video.
Can Stepify import a Guidde library?
There is no one-click Guidde library importer. Start with recording files you have permission to use and plan separately for existing links and permissions.
Is Stepify a free Guidde replacement?
No. Stepify’s guide and workflow features require paid beta access. Check current plans and processing allowances before starting a team pilot.
